Cheesecake Mini Tarts with Berries

I LOVE the Kraft Foods website. It's full of quick, tasty, affordable, and realistic recipes & isn't that what we're all looking for--time-saving tips to give us more time to enjoy the ones we love? This recipe is one of my favorites!

Makes: 12 servings Total Time: 20 min
Ingredients:
  • 1 package butter cookie
  • 1 tub Philadelphia Ready-To-Eat Cheesecake Filling
  • 2 pints strawberries or any other berry
  • Confectioners' sugar (optional)
  • Chocolate (optional)
Preparation
Use a star tip and fill piping bag with cheesecake filling.

Pipe on to individual butter cookie and top with berries! Yes it's that easy!

Dust with confectioners' sugar if desired. You can also drizzle chocolate on top of the tarts for an added touch.

Notes
You can use any type of butter cookie. You can use a chocolate cookie or any flavor you would like.

I use the disposable piping bag for quick clean up.

Could this be made with a custard instead?
